1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Liftfare.co (the "Site") or subscribing to our services, you agree to these legally binding Terms. If you disagree, do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Liftfare provides:

Free members: 3 weekly flight deals from your continent.

Premium members: Enhanced deals (15-30+/week), early access, and exclusive perks (see Section 4).
We are not a travel agency – we link you directly to airlines and online travel agencies (OTAs) for bookings. You complete all transactions with the provider, not Liftfare.
3. Subscription Plans
A. Free Plan

No payment required.

B. Premium Plans

Explorer: Quarterly €18/qtr - 15 weekly deals
Frequent Traveler: Biannually €33/6mo - 20 weekly deals
Expert Traveler: Annually €60/yr - 30+ weekly deals
All Premium Plans Include:

Cancel anytime (Section 5)
4. User Rights & Obligations
You May:

Use deals for personal/non-commercial travel.

Cancel subscriptions (Section 5).

Request account deletion (email privacy@liftfare.com).
You May Not:

Resell, scrape, or redistribute our deals.

Create multiple accounts to exploit free trials.

Use bots/automated tools to access our Site.
5. Billing & Cancellation

Payment: Charged automatically each billing cycle.

Refunds: No prorated refunds for partial periods.

Cancellation:

Turn off auto-renewal anytime in account settings.

Access continues until the paid period ends.

Failed Payments: 3 retry attempts before downgrading to Free.
6. Limitation of Liability

Deal Accuracy: We verify alerts but cannot guarantee prices (airlines/OTAs control final booking terms).

Travel Risks: You’re solely responsible for visas, insurance, and compliance with airline/OTA policies.

Cancellations/Changes: If an airline or OTA cancels or modifies a fare, you must resolve the issue directly with them. As a middleman, Liftfare has no liability for:

Flight cancellations or schedule changes

Refund disputes

Additional fees charged by providers

7. Dispute Resolution

Contact Us First: Email legal@liftfare.com to resolve issues.

Mediation: If unresolved, we’ll attempt EU-based mediation.

Legal Action: Any lawsuits must be filed in [Your Jurisdiction, e.g., Amsterdam courts].
8. Changes to Terms
We’ll notify users of material changes via email. Continued use = acceptance.
