1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Liftfare website, located at https://www.liftfare.com , and our flight deal alert services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and you must discontinue use immediately.

The Services, including all flight deal data, algorithms, source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, and text, are the exclusive property of Liftfare and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than finding personal travel deals. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Scraping, data mining, or systematically retrieving deal data to create a separate database, service, or product.
  • Using any automated system, software, or script to monitor or copy deals from the Site.
  • Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security-related features of the Services.
  • Creating multiple accounts to exploit subscription features or deals.
  • Using the Services as part of any effort to compete with us or to replicate our service.
  • Deciphering, decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering any of the software comprising the Service.
  • Harassing, intimidating, or threatening our employees or agents.
  • Uploading or transmitting viruses or other malicious code.
  • Violating any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
  1. User Generated Contributions

By setting your travel preferences and creating an account, you:

  • Confirm that the information provided is accurate.
  • Grant Liftfare a perpetual, royalty-free license to use your travel preference data to provide personalized flight deals to you.
  1. Third-Party Websites and Content

The Services will direct you to third-party airline and travel booking websites to complete your purchase. We are not responsible or liable for any content, accuracy, prices, terms, or practices of these third-party websites. You access these links and complete transactions at your own risk.

  1. Service Management and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Monitor the Services for violations of these Terms.
  • Refuse, restrict, or disable access to the Services to any individual at any time without notice.
  • Modify or discontinue all or part of the Services without notice at any time.
  • Remove or edit Content (including deal alerts) at our sole discretion.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, PRICING, OR AVAILABILITY OF ANY FLIGHT DEALS LISTED. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

  1. Limitations of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LIFTFARE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING MISSED DEALS OR TRAVEL DISRUPTIONS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Liftfare from any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand arising out of your use of Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of a third party.
